Feels so good to purge!

Yesterday I went into Matthew's room, shooed everyone out, and closed the door. I later came out with 4 boxes of randomness. One box of things that weren't supposed to be in his room...how to random things end up in there? I also filled a garbage bag of goods that included random stuffed animals that didn't mean anything to us..whether they were won from a claw game, or something else. His room is pretty empty, and it looks great! He still has all of his toy bins, and his Geo Trax, but other than that, it looks great. I have had to explain several times that in order to gain new things, you must move on from things in the past. He was pretty torn up on a couple of items such as way too small slippers, but he understands. He has no idea what he is in for come Christmas morning. :)
