My mother in law has a hair salon inside of a step up from an assisted living center here, and we try to go visit as much as we can. We always see alot of smiley faces from the residents that live there when we bring Matthew along.
In a way, it makes me a bit sad to think that there are soo many people that live there that don't get visitors, or they haven't seen their grandchildren, or even great grandchildren..so Matthew tends to get alot of attention when we go.
Today we decided to drop by there while we were on the road in search of a nap for Matthew. My mother in law hadn't seen Kate since she was up in Portland with me..(Mike had told her no visitors while my sil was soo sick, and since her and my sil are always together, we didn't want to chance it.)
Oh..as soon as we walked in the center, soo many people were oohing and awwing at my little girl. My mother in law had a full shop of women under dryers and such so she took Katelynn around one by one so that they could see her, and just look at her. It was so nice to see that many smiley faces today. Alot of them commented that they haven't seen a baby that small in such a long time, and all they wanted to do was stare at her.
Made us feel pretty good to make so many ladies days today. Alot of them had only heard of her from stories that my mil had told them, and alot of them had been praying of us..so it was good that they could finally put a face to a baby's name like that.

That was nice. That happened when we went to go visit my gramma in her home, it scared Logan a little so he stayed outside but Ronan little ham that he is enjoyed himself.
