Finally my body has given in, and is not protesting anymore. I have lost over the last 2 weeks about 7 lbs, and I have lost another inch all around, making that almost 2 inches lost from when I started to measure. I mean clearly..I am not losing inches everywhere. Losing 2 inches in my ankles would be nuts, but I have lost them in my thighs, waist, hips, bust, and then an inch lost around my calves. I am starting to see that tell tell shadow that I have a neck. LOL! I mean, it is getting more defined in photos of myself that I am seeing, so that is major motivation.
A couple of things I have learned about myself. I think my inside tummy is shrinking. I am pretty well controlled during the week, and I eat every couple of hours something small, whether it be a handful of nuts, or granola, or a protein bar, or something light. This weekend I ate a hotdog, and talk about bloat city. I have felt ill since I ate it..but clearly not too ill as we went out for breaky this am, and even though I ordered a small plate, I was FULL. :) The trick is not stretching out that inside tummy, and keep letting it shrink. I need to remind myself to go slow. (Saturday's I don't watch too much what I eat, and I allow myself to not be as disciplined since the week is so dang strict) Looking forward to getting back on the regimen tomorrow. I hate the bloated feeling. Nooo likey.
I am beginning to get very hopeful that you will all see a new me very soon. If I continue to stay on track, per Mr. Fitbit, you should see a difference in what I look like at the end of August. Let's hope so.
