Mom has had her recent blood work, and it is the best it has been since before she even started treatment. We are feeling very blessed for her. :) She is over the moon happy, and so are we.
We met her significant other that she has been keeping a secret over the Thanksgiving holiday. He seems like a very nice man. I think she can't accept that someone would like her for having gone through what she did, yet, he sticks around, and drives 30 minutes to see her for a few moments a few times a week. She is taking things very slow she says. We shall see where this is going. I say, "what is there to go slow on? Have fun!"
Todd will be 34 weeks on Tuesday. I think we are really getting to be out of the danger zone about now, but you know there are always risks, all up until the very end of the job. She has started to walk her dogs again, and I think that makes her feel amazing.
I go in this next week for my mammo. I am feeling pretty good about it. I have done self exams since this all started, so I mean, IF if becomes something all of a sudden, it will be small, and I keep telling myself, it will be fine. It will be fine.
When I posted pictures of the beach..I meant to say where we were! We stayed in Lincoln City, but the picture of the waves crashing against the rocks was in Depot Bay. One of our favorite places to drive through. :)
Until next week!
