With incredible people. I love my friend, Jenni. She has been such an amazing support to me, and now it is my turn to give her love back. She is having a very much anticipated surgery this coming Friday, and I want nothing but the best for her. We went on last Thursday and had dinner out with some of her family. She was kind enough to invite me to her last meal out, and I was very touched to be a part of it. We had a great time, and a great meal. And, I was super lucky to leave the house during the week. That hasn't happened in a very long time. :)
Saturday I treated her to a pedicure as I thought it would be nice for her to look down at her tootsies while in the hospital and remember how good it felt to have her toes rubbed, and her legs massaged. :)
Tomorrow is her last day of work for about 4-6 weeks. I am going to be one of her first friends that gets to see her post surgery, and I plan on being there for her as much as I can. I adore her to pieces and I know she is going to rock this. She is a youtube sensation, and has a lot of the world also supporting her. I feel blessed beyond words she chose me to be a friend of hers.
Jenni, thinking of you this evening, and wishing you nothing but the BEST on your last day of work. Yes it will be stressful, yes it will be a hard day..but it is the top of the rollercoaster, baby. You got this! Wednesday you get to wake up on the bottom, ready to take one more loopty-loop. I will see you on the other side, my friend.
