To battle a chest cold that has decided to settle in for a long winter's nap. NOT. This guy is going to get his bags packed fast, and get the heck out of here. I have been taking everything under the sun, short of not getting myself sick from the meds. Got lots and lots to do, and can't be weighed down by all of this!
What are your plans for the big weekend?
We are having everyone over starting Thursday. We are going to have a cookie making party, and a cake pop party (been too long that I have made these!) and then we are going to go pick up the random goodies that are still needed.
Mike's mom is making prime rib at my house on Christmas Day, and I am making a ham, and fresh homemade green beans, and we are going to have a baked potato bar...
Mmmmmm......not to mention all of the cozy times, the snuggle times. I have been missing the snuggles my kids have to offer since I have been coughing so much. But maybe, hopefully, I can kick this soon, and get back on the saddle.

YUM and I wish I lived closer....OMG I would weigh 300 pounds with your good cooking! ;) Your home is just always so cozy...you're a good mommy!
And I hope you kick that damn cold and soon! I finally went and got some HUGE ass meds from the dr. because this was the 4th time I had been sick since October....I love winters like this! ;) We will survive...or drink a lot!!
