The wedding of the year. I was in charge of making all of the paper goods, and with a little help from Kinkos...I managed to complete the task, and MAN do they look great! I had a very hard time with the rsvp card not feeding through my printer, so after wasting a ton of nice cardstock on it, we put it on a flash drive, and within 15 minutes the girls there had my rsvp cards ready to roll. I spent all night last night and most of today putting together all of the little pieces, additional envelopes and then wax closing the envelopes. They are gorgeous, and I can't wait for Michelle to see them. It was a labor of love, FOR SURE!
Called the shop where we ordered my dress and it just so happened to be in, and they were closing in a hour and a half from when I called them, and they are just over an hour away. Imagine how fast we got the kids in the van and jetted down the freeway to get it. I was on a mission! We got there with 10 minutes to spare. Shew! I like my dress, but it is clear I will need straps on it to hold these jugs up. Mom will alter it for me, thankfully.
Matt went to the cheap movie today and watched the new Shrek. He was in his element. I still haven't been with him, but it was good for him to go with Mom and Dee. I got to spend time on the invites without worrying about taking time from him. All in all, good weekend. Now it is time to dose off on the sofa.
