Finished..

Reading The Time Travelers Wife this evening. I went and had a really big cry in the bathroom after I was done. Mike will probably finish tomorrow, and I didn't want to have him see my face and think he knew why I was crying. I love a good love story, and I just bonded with these characters so much. What an incredible book! Mike has already picked out the next one we are going to read together, and I can't wait. What an amazing experience this was to do the reading project together. He "reads" by listening as he gets his books on cd's and listens to them while he drives for work. Every night, we would discuss what was going on, and what our thoughts were about this and that, and it was awesome to get "deep" with him in that way. Pretty cool!

We can't wait to see the movie now. I am fully expecting a lot of different changes in the movie vs the book. I have to accept it will happen. Sure can't wait to see it though!

Got my laptop back today. I had missed Fedex delivering it by get this--4 minutes. I couldn't track the driver back down either, so I had to wait for them to bring it back to the facility, and Mike went and got it for me. It has already overheated a couple of times, but I am hoping that is just my fault since I put it on the microfiber sofa, and it got too hot or something. Fingers crossed.
