Learning to crawl?

So just when I thought that maybe Katelynn wasn't going to be a crawler, she has tried to get up on one knee the last couple of days. She gets up there, and does a little rockity rock, it is pretty cute! She has also started to say bah-bah today, and yesterday. I think she is trying to say bye-bye. I don't think it is bottle, because we never even refer to it as bah-bah, or bottle..I have no idea. She does the backwards wave all of the time now, and is very vocal with her squeals. Very cute to watch.

Last night she pulled up onto her feet, twice! She was after some food I had, and wanted to get to it at all costs. So I let her grab on my hair to see if she could pull up, and she did it! She is all about food, all of the time. I can't even bring anything into the living room for me without her reaching in the air for me to share. She gets soo upset if you don't let her taste it as well. Matthew was never like this. He wanted only baby food, and had no interest in what we were eating. So funny how the kids are so different! She has been devouring cheese, breads, even cake! She is so funny with her food.

I gave her a little trim off the sides of her hair today. She has such long hair on top, and on her sides, but very short hair on the back of her hair from it rubbing off while she was sleeping, and in her swing. It is finally growing back again, and it is about an inch long, but still too short to go into a pony, or a clip, so this long mop top she has been sporting looks kinda out of place when her hair is down. Her sides were getting a little stringy looking, so it looks a ton better, or at least it does to me. :) It was maybe just a 1/4 of an inch that I took off, but enough to make it look a lot more clean.

Should take some pics of her and post them later tonight once she is out of the bath. She loves to sleep on the floor all of a sudden. Must be something about it. I just looked down at her playing with books, and now she is passed out on her belly. Silly baby!
