Well it seems we have all

Caught a cold, and or allergies are in their beginning stages. Mike has a cough, and is sneezing, Katelynn started coughing on Saturday..(hers is just a itty bitty dry cough, and she has a clear and runny nose) and Matthew is sneezing and coughing..and is just run down looking. Oddly enough, these aren't keeping any of them down, thankfully! It is like a cold in the background, but everyone is still functioning the way we would want to.

Matthew came into our bedroom this morning with a slight rash on his face. He had been playing with Kate's hair detangler by using it as window cleaner. I asked him if he put any on his face, and he said he did..so we washed him up pretty good, and it started to go away. Well, so he comes home from daycare today, and it is pretty bad looking. I got him in the bath, and it just came out full force. All over his face, ears, back of his neck..I kept asking him what he got into as I figured he had to have gotten into something else, but he kept saying no..till it dawned on me. Mike put sunscreen on him yesterday! All in these areas too. So, called Mike and he agreed that had to be it, so I called the advice nurse who said to give him some benadryl and he seems to be so much better, thankfully!

Turns out he must just be allergic to the ingredients in this kind for some reason. I should have known. I always get waterbabies, but opted for the new Hawaiian Tropic for kids kind. I had been so impressed that it was 60 spf..but now I can't use it on his face. At least I found out now, vs later when we maybe couldn't be around benadryl. I hope he is all better by tomorrow.

I am heading to be early tonight. I need it bad!
