Mine started off by being surprised that Mike had snuck away this morning, and had colored some mother's day coloring pages that he downloaded off the internet with Matthew. They turned out so cute! I really like getting that kind of stuff the most. It is really heartfelt, and I just really appreciate it. I also got a hanging basket yesterday. Not really for Mother's Day. I had been wanting one for awhile, so I just got it. I had a great time spending getting ready for the day..Mike fed Katelynn twice for me so that I could not feel rushed, or stressed. I had a few cocktails..after making sure she was okay of course. I felt great, and was feeling great!
We then went to the park and had a picnic with my mom and sister. It was fun..the weather was weird. We would feel too hot at times, and then cool at times..it just wasn't consistent at all. But, it was still fun, and Matthew had a great time. Kate has been having major tummy issues the last few days, my poor little girl. She just hasn't been feeling like herself at all..so she slept a lot, since she didn't sleep well last night. Hopefully tomorrow will be better, as we fed her some prunes with her dinner.
We got home from the park and I made chicken enchiladas for dinner, and then Mike's mom came over. We had a nice visit with her, and now I am just finishing up my last few things of the night, and then I am off to bed.
