We are great! I got some decent sleep last night and was surprised when I woke up this morning to a lady needing to draw blood. I hadn't even heard her come in.
Anyways, Katelynn is here, and she is doing great! We are about to go see her again in the nicu while they do rounds. We are just waiting for our breakfast to get here and then we are off.
She isn't hooked up to too many things, and she looks great! She was pretty alert for Mike last night when he went to see her, and he held her for awhile so she got to finally get a good look at her daddy. I don't know how I am possibly going to remember my birth story, it seems so long..and vivid! But I will get it out sooner or later..probably by the weekend.
The important thing is she is here, and she is well, and she is responding so good to everything. She was born yelling at the top of her lungs and everyone was so impressed with that. She was a bit blue on her fingers and toes..but again, another thing they liked. It showed she had great blood flow from having the heart condition.

That is one thing that totally stinks about a C Section, those 750 million bags of fluid they pump into you. Bleh....
She is just beautiful. congratulations, much love and big hugs. Try and rest as much as you can, I know its hard but you have to take care of mommy too!
