I'm Alive!

My baby came back today..my "electronic baby" that is..I have been without my laptop for about a week, and I don't have my blog as a favorite on my dh's computer..I could post at work, but I only have but a few minutes at a time..and well..I don't care so much to have prying eyes reading over my shoulders as I am typing if you know what I mean..

They say..(those hp guys) that they needed to fix my bios on my laptop, whatever the heck that means! LOL! So hopefully she is all better now, but I am not holding my breath..I am just waiting for it to go back to its old tricks and start dying on me in the middle of what ever important thing I am doing..fingers crossed though!

Busy last week for me..found out I am losing my job in the next 2 months..I am laughing now..well, not really. But I can say that the shock has been wiped off from my face. Mike is convinced we will be fine..me not so much, but I am warming up to the idea. At least they are being very generous and paying me an extra month of pay when I leave..and I say that sarcastically as people that work 5 more hours a week then me are getting 4 months of pay..Nice. Asswipes! Yeah, told you I wasn't so much over it..

On the bright side of things, I got to see my baby, the baby that is growing inside me on Friday. I went in for my appointment, and my doctor (who I really like btw) told me that she probably wouldn't find the heartbeat easily on the doppler, and she wanted to bring in the u/s machine..
Hey! You don't have to ask me..bring it in!
Our baby is great..she found the heartbeat right away, and it was waving and kicking it's legs, doing flips all over the place. It was pretty incredible. I had a u/s when I was pregnant with Matthew when I was 8 weeks along, and he was just a fuzzy looking bean, attached to the side of my uterus..it is amazing what just a few weeks difference makes as far as developmental..It was a pretty incredible feeling seeing that little sweet pea.
What else...hmm...
Can't really think of anything else at the moment, but I am sure now that I am back in action I will have a easier time posting!
