Happy New Year!

We laid low for most of the day today. It felt nice to relax a bit. It just stinks to have to work Monday, be off today and then go back tomorrow. I wish I had one more day. Matthew is almost at 100% now, and I dread him having to go back to daycare. He has actually stopped asking about going now, so I am afraid of what will happen when we pull into the driveway tomorrow.
He is either going to be stoked, or mad, or sad..It is so hard to tell with him.
Last night was pretty fun..we did karaoke all night. I belted out my very best "Girls just wanna have fun"..it was pretty awesome! LOL! It is on the Wii and it is hooked up to a microphone..and you get points the more enpoint you are..and well..I suck, but it was fun! Once it was closer to midnight, we flipped the tv on to Dick Clark, watched the ball drop, and then we ran outside to watch everyones fireworks. It was pretty fun. We had saved some roman candles, and set those off, along with some fountains that shoot in the air. We could have gone longer, but I was tired. I guess Mike had so much fun playing karaoke that he didn't get to bed until after 4am, and I thought it was too late when I went to bed at 1am! LOL!
So tomorrow a new year officially starts. I am not counting today because I didn't have to go to the office. I am crossing my fingers that people are nice on the phones! Yeah right! I have a feeling that people are going to be out of control..But one of my resolutions is to be more patient. Not just with the people I work with and have to deal with on the phones, but people in my real life, and people close to me.
