Loving my dh!

He really came through for me, and I am sooo excited to say that I am typing on my very new laptop. It is so pretty! Is that even something that can be pretty? LOL! Oh I know that sounds so braggy..I am not meaning for this to be an in your face post..It's just that I have been wanting to get my very own laptop made for a long time, and to have it now, I am just so thrilled!
The last one we got, we had no idea what we wanted, or what we were going to use it for, so I have been grumbling the last few months that it wasn't fast, it was lagging, it didn't do what I wanted to do..and then once we sold my old pc to my dad, it was kinda in the back of my mind that I was going to treat myself eventutally to the one that I wanted, with all of the bells and whistles I wanted too...and here it is! We weren't expecting it to be here until after the holidays, so imagine how happy I was to see on the Fedex site that it was literally on our local truck out for delivery the other night. WOOT! Now comes the task of adding all of my favorite things that I use all of the time..so I will not have access to alot of the old sites/blogs I used to visit..I am bummed about that, but we ended up reformating the old laptop so we could give it to Mike's sister, and I didn't remember to save alot of my favorites. Bummed about that, but hopefully I will slowly get to add them back in.

I only got my peppermint bark made today, so I am going to probably pull a late one here tonight and do the roll out gingerbread men, and then do the sugar roll outs so that they are ready for when my family gets here tomorrow to help me decorate them.
I cannot get over how time has just flied since Thanksgiving! It is insane....feels like it was just Thanksgiving and we had the paper all laid out, deciding which stores to hit for all of the big sales..now on my advent calenders, it seems as though there are only a few spaces left..and well..that is right! Time flies!

Anyways, I know you are reading Mike..thank you again for getting me my new toy. And thank you for not making me wait until Christmas, even though we picked it out together and I knew it was coming. I just love it!
