It seems that the little guy is finally on the road to recovery..but I felt that he needed one more day at home, just mom and baby..just to be sure. **wink** He did have a few coughing fits, but overall, his toddler attitude is back in full force lol! He even took a nap again today..almost 2 hours! WOOT! That in itself was a small miracle! He is all rested and 100% naughty right now, but also he is being sweet and is loving on me.
Got tired of looking at one of the Christmas trees that has been up for almost 6 weeks today, and took it down this morning..we had to keep walking around a chair that was completely in the way for that long and it finally drove me nuts enough to move it. I didn't stop there. Once I took the tree down, I vacuumed everything, and then rearranged my furniture back to how it was before the tree was put up. Man, we have so much more room again in the living room. I was so tired of getting bruised from knocking into the furniture because it was so tight.
I am so in need of a new coffee table. We went so cheap on this one we have now..purposely too. We knew it would get dinged up, but not this bad. I wanted a lift up style, and we picked it up at Fred Meyer's..but it is all chipped now, and scratched. I think I will get a lift up ottoman to replace it..when we have fundage of course!
I finally finished all of the laundry we had lingering in the house from the long weekend last week..seems that we kept stashing it here and there..and it was driving me wild finding more after I thought I was finally all done.
I am sad to go back to work on Monday..but will be off for NY day..then work from Wednesday to Friday again..It was nice to be home with my son this week, even though he was sick. We had a great bonding experience. :heart
