Saturday!

I LOVE the fall..it is still so pretty outside. We have had an late summer, and we have not had one day of sprinkling yet, but I am sure it will start this week. I hope to enjoy of what is left of it.

Along with fall, I love all of the tastes and smells that come with it. I have been drinking lots of chai tea, and lots of pumpkin lattes..something about the taste of pumpkin! I made a double batch of pumpkin pancakes a couple of weeks ago, and froze them in twos, and we have just been able to pull them out, and microwave them as we want them. The kids are lapping them up, left and right. :) Makes me a happy momma that they love them as much as I do.

We are going to lay low this weekend. We just need to have some family reconnection time. I want to stay in my jammies and not make plans for a minute. I am hoping to take the kids out to the pumpkin patch next weekend, granted there is no rain.
