To do a thang! Kate is at the age where she pulls out everything, and I mean everything from the cabinets to drawers to just anything..be a toy box, or a give away box. Once I clean up one mess, she kills me with another. I am so wiped out. Today was busy..very busy..I am ready for sure for it to be Friday. I'm working a minimum of 40hour/work weeks the next couple of weeks, and I am already ready for a vacation.
I had yesterday off..I work 10 hour days 4 days this week, so I weighed whether to spend the day sleeping off and on, or doing housework. I chose housework--why? Because I am an idiot. Lol...really it was so I wouldn't have to do a thang but just straighten up on Sunday. I didn't want all of the laundry to be facing me, and that is usually a minimum of 6 loads. 6 loads a week seems way too much for a family of 4 to me, and these are HUGE over filled baskets. I did it all yesterday and now I am whipped.
Hoping to do something fun this weekend. For sure we are going to go feed the ducks..we have stale bread that I cant just seem to throw away and feel good about it. I also want to go on a bike ride with the kids. My legs are yearning for a good stretch...:)
I started Alli last week, and I am proud to say I have already lost 5 lbs. :) I know the first amount you lose is excess water from bloat, so I am not that gullible that it will always be that great of a loss week, but it is great motivation to keep on, keeping on.....even if it means I am starving. You take it with your meal so that you don't absorb too much fat from your food..here is the deal though..your whole meal canNOT be more than 15 grams of fat, or.....else. And I will leave the else up to your imagination. I won't dare test what can happen so that is all I need. I take it right when I get home since I am a stress eater, and will usually be snacking while I am cooking and it has helped quite a bit with the over indulgence. I am hoping to be down 20 lbs at least by Memorial Day. I hope at least.
