2 more weeks..

Left of this term. Can you dig it? I know I can. I am sooo over it all. LOL! I had a fabulous weekend, and it was certainly a nice taste of what is to come next term when I am externing. No homework, and all work. Boy it is going to be so nice to come home after externing all day, only to relax, and not have to worry about homework, or tests, or just in general dealing with school. Hopefully I will get hired, hopefully. If not, then I go back for 2 more terms (say it isn't so!!) and then I will have my degree, and then the job search begins.

Halloween was a success. Matthew had a blast being Peter Pan. We bought hair spray that is orange, and sprayed the heck out of his hair..boy did he look cute, but man..there is evidence of orange all over this house..he will probably need 3 more washings to get rid of it once and for all. He hadn't napped before going, and well, he really needed a nap. Getting ready for us to leave was pretty stressful. Normally in the past, we have had all of the time in the world for him, and only him to get ready, but this time with all 4 of us getting ready, it proved to be a stressful time, and he wasn't wanting pictures taken (again!) and we had a pretty hard time leaving the house. Once we left, all was well in the world again, and we got a lot of compliments from everyone at the mall. I wanted my hair in ringlets, but it didn't have time to dry right, and it just didn't hold at all. I was bummed, but people could tell who I was trying to be, so that is all that mattered. :)

We pulled Katie in a wagon, while she was sitting in her bumbo chair. That thing has come in soooo handy! Best $25 I have ever, ever spent. She will probably still use that thing for at least 5-6 months. People loved her little wings, (but they were a pain as they kept falling into her face, and scratching her) she handled it all in stride though. What a trooper!

Next weekend we are headed to the beach. I need a siesta..bad! Just us and the kids. No computer, just the camera and some good fun. We are going to swim in the pool, play on the beach (if it isn't raining..Hopefully not) and SHOP! They have great outlet stores where we are headed..I so can't wait. We promised Matthew we would order pizza to our hotel room, and he is stoked to get his very own big bed. Hahaha! I can smell the ocean air already......
