To the most fantastic Daddy in the world. Today we surprised Daddy in bed with a huge card that I had the kids help make the other day. Matthew had put his hand prints all over card stock, and then we just glued it to some printed paper, and I helped Matthew write his name inside. Matthew got Daddy the Billy May's Slider Station since Mike is addicted to sliders. We figured we could start making these at home now. He thought it was pretty rad to get that, and we are going to spend the day together, relaxing.
Mike, from the bottom of my heart, I just want to let you know how much you mean to me. You have taken a huge sacrifice for me to be able to go to school, and that means more to me than you will ever know. You are so patient, and kind. You have a HUGE heart when it comes to your kids, and you strive so hard to be the man you want your son to grow up to be. I am more in love with you today than I was yesterday, and my love continues to grow for you daily. Today you told me that Mother's Day was more important than Father's Day is, and that isn't true at all. I wish I could celebrate every day how much you do for us, and how happy you make us all here. Our kids light up at the sight of you walking through the door, and it makes me so happy to see them react that way.
We love you sooo much, Daddy!
Love, Mommy, Matthew, and Kate.
