Crossing my fingers..

The computer is seeming to be on the mend, for now. I have been on it like crazy since I don't know if it is going to die for good, or stay as it is. Mike had to take some drivers off, then reinstall them, and well...it is working!

We have had some heat waves lately, and now we are dealing with thunderstorms and rain. And I love the rain right now. Matthew is suffering miserably with seasonal allergies, and the rain will help wash all of the pollen down the gutters, into the drains. Thank goodness he had a great day today. He is clearly tired from everything that he has had to deal with, but he is super smiley today, and I love that even more.

Kate has started to really babble! She was upset today in her saucer, waiting for mommy to come get her. I was trying to hurry and get Matt in the bath, and I heard her yell.."May-May, May-May!" Awwww, I totally am convinced that she was trying to say Mamma. I just have a feeling as we have really been practicing hard with her. She goes from sitting to making herself lunge forward, then into a roll, then onto her back. She has totally choreographed her moves, and she is a riot to watch. She is getting so big, and is just the sweetest little baby you would ever meet. She has been wanting to go to bed on her own the last two nights as well. She gets super fussy and wants nothing more for me to take her to my bed. As soon as I lay her in there, she is out like a light, and then I wake her when I go to bed, where we do one last nurse of the night. Matt never wanted to go to bed on his own. I had to do the cry it out method with him, so the fact that she is doing this now on her own is AWESOME! Yay for mommy having free time at night. I seriously felt weird sitting out in the living room alone the last couple of nights. I felt like I was a kid again!
Hopefully she keeps it up!
