Of not really doing a whole lot. Oh we ran errands, here and there. But it was just kinda a hum drum Saturday and Sunday. Friday night we had a great time playing Wii. Mike got home, and Matthew and I took turns singing while playing American Idol, and it was pretty dang fun.
We cleaned the house yesterday and then got home, and put the kids to bed. We went through all of Kate's old baby clothes and boxed up the keep sakes, and boxed up the ones we are going to sell to the second hand store. I am glad that is over with. I had been tripping over the endless amount of bags forever.
I cleaned out Kate's room last week, and tried her out in her crib for the first time. She did great. She has been taking naps since then, and we hope to transition her over to sleeping in it consistanly soon. I could still probably sleep with her a lot longer, but she is very mobile now, and any day she will fall off that bed, and I don't want her to get hurt. And, she really loves to stretch out too, so this is good for her to gain some independence.
I guess I could say that this is my last week of this term. I have two classes to go, and then finals are next Monday, the 22nd. Shew! I am ready to move along to the next term now. I know it will be maddening at first, but I am really ready to get to moving on and getting done with school. I find myself getting very bored at times there, and I just need a change of scenery. Maybe that is why our terms are only 10 weeks long? Hopefully I will get some people in my next classes that I know again. I have felt really alone this past term at times. Me no likey!
Matthew woke up with a fever today. I don't know what is up with that. I pray that he just stays with getting over the fever, and he moves on from there. I always fear the pukes and the other stuff, so as long as we get through tonight without any incident, I feel we will be in the clear. He got all of the way up to 101.00 so we did end up giving him some Motrin. The poor little dude wanted so badly to go to the park today, so Mike did take him for about 5 minutes, but he said that Matthew was moving sooo slow, that he asked him if he was ready to go home yet. Matthew's reply was that he missed the doggies. Awwww. Get better, Matthew!
