I love this little guy. Yesterday our new appliances came and he was the most excited for them to get here. He kept saying, "Is the red wash here yet?" He loves his washer and dryer and when we were at the stores looking at all of them, he was in hog heaven. I am lucky to have a child that loves to help with the wash as much as he does. Even the sales people were impressed with how much he knows about washers and dryers, and how well he knows how to work all of the buttons. One of the sales lady's gave Matthew an extra catalog they had with all of the washers and dryers they sell, and he reads it like a book. LMAO!
So anyways, it came bright and early yesterday morning, and immediately he instructed the movers where the new one needed to go, and he told them how his white "wash" broke. Once the guys left, he begged to play with it and turn it on.
Is is sad that I can bribe my child into being a good boy or else he can't do the wash with me?
Last night I decided to cut his hair. OMG was it long. Scary long. My mil has been ill for the past 2 weeks, and said that she would try to cut it for us in about 2 weeks, but I couldn't wait that long. I was looking at it last night and decided to give it a go. I figure if I screwed it up, at least there is time for a fix it haircut and some grow out time before the holiday pictures and such, and it actually turned out pretty good!
Here are some pics..and one of Kate. I "almost" caught a smile. This is my new screen saver picture of her.
