Test.
I know, not the most exciting of news to announce..lol..But I seriously was really shocked. I haven't been feeling all that well after eating lately, and just really thought that I would get called saying I needed to come for the 3 hour. I am grateful for sure that I passed. I like all of the little positive things that are coming with the pregnancy. My blood pressure has been really good throughout all of this too. I get it checked almost every day at school, and anytime I go grocery shopping, I always make sure to stop off at the pharmacy for a bp check, and it has been really consistent. At least I got that going for me.
I normally have school off on Fridays, but a ton of us are going to go in tomorrow to knock out a ton of vitals to get them over with. In order to pass my clinicals class I have to take 25 vitals from different people. That is hard to do, especially since we only have about 15 minutes of class to do get them done, and it isn't happening. So my teacher said that if a ton of us wanted to come in and do them we could..it will be casual, and only about 2 hours, but I think we can all bang them out if we all really do show up.
My best friend from Colorado will be popping over to Oregon this weekend, and we are all going to try to meet up at the swimming pool for a little bit and let her little brother and Matthew go swim together so we can catch up. No, you won't be catching me in a swim suit..but I will be happy to go..LOL!
Tonight I am starting to clear out the computer room with all of the stuff that Mike has hid back in there, and will finish the clean out tomorrow, and hopefully I will get it all taped off so it is ready for the paint. I figure since that room has never been painted since we have moved in, it will take 3 gallons..those walls are going to be thirsty!
Sunday we are going to go over to the new hospital as they are about to have their grand opening...they are going to open every nook and cranny for the public to view before any patients are admitted. This is a once in a lifetime event!! There will be no other time when you can just freely walk through an operating room, or walk through any door you want to. I am excited to see the Labor and Delivery area, obviously. I don't know that I will get any other tour since it is all so close..so we are going to spend alot of time on the maternity level checking everything out. I will take some pics so that I can put them in Kate's baby book. I am so stoked!
Ok..off to get the little guy to bed!
Muah!
