That was a wonderful treat. He didn't get up until about 8:00 this morning. I was up at 6:00 for some reason and I thought for sure I heard him chatting in his room, but Mike had left the tv on so I was grateful it wasn't him as there was no way I was ready to get out of bed. I must have obviously drifted off again, because I got my official wake up call at 8. Much better Matthew.
He was pretty excited because last night after he went to bed, I was cleaning out the coffee table..we have one of those lift up styles that is also a storage bin and I found his stuffed Uniqua in there that he has been searching for. I thought he threw her in the trash, but was excited to see her in the bottom of the bin. I laid her in bed with him last night and this morning he was talking about how excited he was to have all of his friends back again. Awwww.
That is not to say we didn't have about 10 tantrums before he left for the day! LOL!
I got alot done last night. I have to empty out the fridge today and do all of the shopping for the 4th. If Mike's friends come, there will be a few extra kids here, so it is just making sure that everything is ready for kids..older kids to be here. It will all get done..in time. I am just going to take my time today. Well, that is all I can think of right now!
