Awwww it feels so nice to be home and to wake up in my own bed! The trip was really, really nice. I had a great time! I can't wait to go back. We had such a great time with our extended family that lives south from us, so we were thrilled that they came. I was so worried that the dogs going was going to be stressful for everyone else, but it was so much the opposite! Everyone enjoyed having them there, and they got so much attention. I was glad that we found a house to rent that was dog friendly so that they could enjoy the furniture, and just have a good time themselves.
We hung out alot with the family and played games..Mike had brought along his Wii so that everyone could play with that, and we played a ton of board games..we had a constant fire roaring in the fireplace the entire time, so it was just really nice to be right there on the beach.
One of the days we drove up the highway a bit and shopped till we dropped at the outlet stores! I got so many new clothes for this new baby girl that I cannot wait to see on her. It was so much fun!
The good thing about staying where we did was that there was a washer and dryer so I spent the last day there doing all of our laundry so that all I have to do is unpack all of our clean clothes. We unpacked most of our goods right away so that I didn't have to look at bag after bag for the next week.
Now I have one more week of being at home before school starts up again so I am going to need to relax while I can!
