A picture post!

So we went over to the Farm Supply yesterday and the boys got to pot a plant for Mom for 2.00, including the nice clay pot..it was so much fun! Matthew had a blast picking out the flowers he wanted in the pot, and we got to make two of them. So we will give one to my mother, and one to Mike's mom. I think they will really like them! After that, we headed to Fred Meyer, and they had a cake or cupcake decoration for Mom going on, and decided to do that as well. Matthew wanted every decoration she had on his cake, and if it was up to him, he would have used all of her plastic flowers on his cake..I had to remind him to share LOL! I think we will also give the cake to my mom today. I am sure she will really like it. It was so much fun to see Matthew actually listening really well to the ladies giving him instructions on potting a plant, and then decorating the cake. It was very nice to have such a great day with him!
