Had a great day yesterday!

Man it was the best day ever with Matthew. I wish that every single day could be that great. From the moment he woke up to the time he went to bed, he was just a perfect little guy! We laid low and played, and he helped me with laundry. We snuggled and just had an all around perfect time.
Today was just as good..there was a few times that I had to threaten him that he would need to go into time out. He did have to go to daycare, as I had more things to do that I needed to put him in it. Once he got home tonight I was worried that he would have meltdown after meltdown, but he was great. We played "Don't Break The Ice" probably 10-15 times. He is really good about just taking his turn hitting the one brick of ice, and then once it falls through, he politely says, "It's your turn Mommy." I love that little man and his manners.

Once I had to tuck him in tonight, he asked if he could play with my hair, and well...I love him playing with it, so I said he could..
He was telling me I had to sit still, and that I needed to behave..(giggle, I wonder where he gets that from!)
After he did my hair, he was playing with my face and rubbing my face so delicately. I was in heaven! He then asked me the following question:

"Mommy, can I squeeze your head, and make it pop?"

OMG! I have never laughed so hard in my life! I said, "I would rather you didn't do that, that may hurt Mommy, Matthew."

Where do these kids come up with these questions? Oh man..it was so funny. I had to remind myself all night that I had to post that, so I wouldn't forget it. It was too funny!
Off to bed now. I spent about 2 hours filling out all of my financial aid paperwork and I am spent. I have a really long day tomorrow and I just wish it was already over with. Yawn!
