Ok. So I don't know that it is real morning sickness, but every morning this week has been rough. I feel so nauseous! I have found if I drink a decent sized glass of milk in the morning, it does make a bif difference. I think it coats my tummy enough to where it isn't so bad.
I am so hungry! I am trying to not gain a whole bunch of weight because well, lets face it, I am a big girl already, I don't need to be gaining a whole bunch of weight, especially in my first month LOL!
So I am eating really good. I try to eat a cup full of raisin bran in the morning, and apple or an orange as soon as I get to work, and then always a side salad with light dressing and maybe a half sandwich..then a balanced dinner at night. Who knew! LOL
Also I think if I take my vitamins at night, I have an easier time with them not upsetting my stomach.
When I was pregnant with Matthew I had a horrible time with morning sickness. I missed alot of work. I can't do that this time. Even though I have been dealing with nausea, something tells me that isn't even the tip of the iceberg that is to come ahead.
I am going to try to save as much paid time off up as I can. The more time I have banked, the more time I have to be home with the baby and less money Mike has to come up with later on. Also, I am going to try to make my dr. appointments for in the mornings before work so that I can not have to deal with work being in my business so much. I want to be able to enjoy every minute of this pregnancy because it is my last most likely. I just want to have everything go smoothly!
Cheers!
