Made it through the visit with the older sister, and it was a really great time! We had a wonderful time together, and watched a great movie..The Nativity Story. What a wonderful movie that was!
So, I made dinner, we gave her the presents we bought her, and she seemed to really like them. I am glad that she was okay with everything.
Today it was just my younger sister and Mike and Matthew and myself. I went and finished up shopping for my younger sister for my mom, and then bought all of the stocking candy. I cannot believe how much stocking candy we bought. You would die if you saw it all. LMAOOO!
So then I wrapped up the rest of the gifts that I had hanging around. I hate that I cannot sit here and say that I am completely done yet. I have this coming Friday off, but I don't want to be stuck going out in the crazy traffic to get things done. I had hoped to be able to bake all day and get the house ready for the last minute stuff. There are just 2 more things I need to get for Mike. He is going to kill me that I am getting him things..we had agreed on not getting gifts from eachother, but I want to really surprise him with a couple of nice things. I am hoping that he will be surprised!
I had to work yesterday..but it went fast, and lucky for me, I dont have to work another Saturday again until January 12th..whew! I am just so burnt out on working on Saturdays.
This week will be really busy at work with everyone calling in at the last moment for this, and for that, so I am really anxious to get it over with.
Calgon! Where are you anyways? LOL!
