Welcome to Vallejo!

Welcome to Vallejo! We are literally RIGHT across the street from 6 Flags, and we have an incredible view of the park where there is this HUGE rollercoaster. OMG! I am so excited to go tomorrow. I can hear the screams from here as I type away! I am so anxious to get over there and check everything out.

It is hot now. The first day we got in Cali I froze. I had that wind beating down on me and was scared that all of those shorts I packed for Matthew, Mike and I would not be able to be used. Now you should see us all..We are so sunburned! Not Matthew though...I was smart to remember he needed the 50 spf sunscreen, but all of us forgot and now are hurting! Oh but fun though!

When we were driving up from San Jose, the stupid mapquest map I printed told us that we had 5 miles to our Vallejo exit so we didn't intend to miss it, but well..we did and ended up going towards San Francisco and across the Bay Bridge! Holy hannah that thing is HUGE! And scary! I was praying the entire time we drove across it thinking, please don't collapse, please let there not be an earthquake! We then got into the city, (after paying the 4.00 toll fee! Holy crap! I felt robbed!) and turned around and went back over the Bay Bridge, this time on the level underneath. I don't think I breathed the entire time and I know my knuckles were white from gripping my seat. Thankfully trusty BART will be taking us into the city on Wednesday, so no more HUGE bridges for me!
