Feeling more confident...

With my job. I have worked for the busiest doc in our practice again the last few days, and he said today that he has zero problems with me there, and I do a good job for him. I am relieved he said that as I still at times feel that maybe the others that work there don't care for me..but he does give me support when needed, and he takes time to teach me things if I missed something that he likes to have. My patients are recognizing me more and more, and the rapore you build is really nice. I have figured out how to solve problems with patients, or accomplish jobs the doc needs such as calling various places for things he needs, and I get them on time so he is happy. Today he told me that he was sorry he was behind, and that we could catch up soon..hahahahah he is so funny. If he only knew that working for him is kinda stressful..he orders a lot of ekg's, and I am getting faster at doing them.

It just feels good to not have to ask people that work there questions all of the time. I like being on my own, and working at my own pace. It feels good to not have to be checked on all of the time. :) I love working there. I just love my job. I love it!
